1. What products do you sell?
We specialize in high-quality decorative shoe uppers (the top part of a shoe). We sell directly to two groups:

• DIY Creators & Designers: For your personal projects or small brand.

• Footwear Manufacturers & Brands: For bulk sourcing and production.

2. How do I use your shoe uppers?
Our uppers are designed to be sewn or glued onto a plain base shoe (like a simple sandal or sneaker). Each product page has details. For a completely finished pair, check out our Custom Shoe Service.

3. Do you offer custom shoe making?
Yes! We provide a full Custom Shoe Creation Service. You send us your design idea, and our workshop in Huizhou, China will professionally assemble the shoe for you. Visit our Custom Order Inquiry page to get started.

4. What is your shipping policy and cost?
We ship worldwide from China. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. You can see the exact cost before paying. Typically, delivery takes 10-20 business days.

5. What is your return policy?
Due to the DIY nature of our products, we can only accept returns for items that are unused, unmodified, and in original packaging within 7 days of delivery, provided there is a manufacturing defect. Please see our full Refund Policy for details.
